Caribe Royale, Orlando, FL
FRPA's Annual Conference is a yearly gathering of park and recreation professionals from throughout the state of Florida. The Conference features workshops and sessions curated to build the park and recreation professional's skill set. Presenters include professionals from aquatics, park administration, athletics, recreation, childcare, programming, park maintenance and more. General Sessions bring together the entire delegation to participate in a presentation given by professional speakers. A trade show and exhibit hall brings supply and service vendors to one place for face-to-face meetings with professionals. Throughout the week, delegates have opportunities to network with professionals from other agencies and exchange information for future contact. Each year, Conference features an evening social to enjoy each other's company and have fun.

This year the theme is “Standing Tall Through It All”. To celebrate  FRPA’s 80th anniversary, the theme incorporates the majestic oak as a traditional symbol of 80 years. As we recognize this anniversary, we also recognize the park and recreation profession that has stood the test of time, much like the oak tree; always steady and unwavering and providing comfort and stability in times of unrest.
